MIDFIELD ace Paul Frize is setting his sights on Premier Division glory after scoring both goals for Beith Juniors in their come-from-behind win against Kilwinning Rangers.

Beith won 2-1 at Bellsdale Park to notch their fourth victory out of four.

Now they face another tough test as Auchinleck Talbot come calling on Saturday.

However the challenge does not faze Frize who said: "It was a good win and it was great to score a couple of goals - that's my first two in the league this season. We are on a good run. There's no doubt the league's the one we want to win and we hope for a good run in the Scottish Cup. But it's too early to talk about challenging."

He added: "We look forward to the Auchinleck Talbot match. They are a very good side and had a good win on Saturday.

"But we beat them in the senior Scottish Cup and the league last season and are looking for another victory. We have made good additions to the squad."

Manager Johnny Millar is pleased with progress and said: "I felt there's no doubt about it we deserved to win the game on Saturday. Although Kilwinning led at half-time we dominated and it was a good victory."

Looking ahead he said: "The Auchinleck match will be another tough one, They have just come on to a good run, They lost once but ended up with nine men in that match. It's at home and we are looking to win."

Beith on Monday night defeated Neilston 9-3 in a bounce game at Meadowside Park. David McKenna and Thomas Collins both netted hat-tricks and Frize, Keir Milliken and Jamie Cunningham were also on target.
