SPIRITED Vics overcame a two-goal deficit as they held the league leaders at Campbell Park.

The visitors took the game to George Grierson's team and went ahead in 10 minutes when Jordan Barr set up Chris Stewart to knock the ball home. Vics came back into the match and pulled a goal back in 20 minutes when Chris McInnes played a great through ball to Eva Bembo, who shot home from eight yards.

Ten minutes from half-time, Ian Patterson's side were back in front when Scott Dempster found Barr to slam the ball home.

It looked like game over in 40 minutes when good work from Graeme Whittaker saw him set up Barr to tap home from close range for his second goal.

However, the hosts pulled another goal back in 70 minutes when good work by Ryan Ross set up Bembo to shoot home from six yards,

Then ten minutes from time, Gary Russell slipped a through ball to Paul Millar who lashed the ball home from 16 yards.
