Irish striker Paul Heffernan proved a massive hit on the field 24 hours later as he came off the bench and exited stage left to loud cheers with his dazzling double helping Killie storm into the quarter-finals for only the third time since they claimed the top trophy in 1997, The win delighted the star of the American musical family who tweeted for updates during the game.
