ONE-man wrecking crew Leigh Griffiths shattered Killie's Scottish Cup dreams but the most galling thing about this defeat was that his job was made much easier as the goals conceded were all avoidaable.
And even the late introduction of returning striker Kris Boyd for his first appearance since his dramatic re-signing was not enough to help the home side turn this around.
It's the second consecutive season that Pat Fenlon's team have put Kenny Shiels' side to the sword in the competition in which they have remarkably failed to reach the semi-final since last winning it back in 1997.
