TROPHY-winning Ardrossan Castle Rovers manager Drew Walsh has stepped down for personal reasons.

Now the club are looking for someone else to take on the role.

The committee would like to thank Drew Walsh for his remarkable achievements this year in retaining The Castle’s status in the Ayrshire Premier league and also notably winning the James Scott Trophy. Drew has taken the decision to step down and we are currently looking to fill the Manager’s post.

Applications are being invited for the job.

Ardrossan Castle Rovers AFC has been in existence for over 40 years and is a local community club with a strong working committee who continue to ensure the club remains part of amateur football. We are looking for a candidate that has the drive and passion to become part of a successful club on and off the park. The successful candidate must be a good communicator, have experience of coaching, be-able to plan ahead, respect the rules of the amateur game and adhere to our clubs code of conduct policy.
