McCALLUM Wilma Hugh Thompson (Carr) My much loved mother, Wilma, passed 14th March (Maundy Thursday) 2022. She was loved by her son John R McCallum and her 3 much loved daughters, Simone, Natalie and Norriece who took great care of her in the last months. Wilma was born in Troon and played as a child on Barrassie Beach with her grandfather. She lost her sister and mother at an early age but this made her a fighter. She married John R McCallum (passed 1/2/2017) at 18 years old and lived in Ardrossan where she raised her 2 children at the time. She never forgot him. She makes one last trip to Scotland with her son and granddaughter Alexandria to the beaches of her youth and where she met her husband John. Gone from here mother, but always remembered.
