PROPOSAL OF APPLICATION NOTICE
Erection of Residential Development and Associated Infrastructure Works at Kings Road, Beith
A virtual 'on-line' public exhibition will be held on between 21st March 2022 & 11th April 2022 to allow Interested parties to view and comment on the above proposal.
In addition, there will be two live 'on-line' Q&A sessions on 31 st March 2022 between 5pm & 7pm and 8th April 2022 between 5pm and 7pm.

Interested parties wishing to make comment on the proposal can do so by completing the on-line questionnaire on

by or no later than 11th April 2022.
Please note that any comments made to Stefano Smith Planning are not representations to North Ayrshire Council however they will be considered as part of the pre-application process. Should McLaughlin Construction subsequently submit a planning application there will be an opportunity to make representations directly to North Ayrshire Council as Planning Authority.
