A DALRY man has been fined after he admitted fighting as well as swearing at police officers.
Devon Georgi McLuskie, 20, of Kirkland Crescent, was in Courthill Street last November when police were alerted by CCTV operators to an ongoing incident where two males where fighting.
When officers attended McLuskie was heard to say: “This is f****g s***e. I’ve done f**k all wrong, it was f*****g him.” He was then taken to Saltcoats Police Office where he was cautioned and charged.
Cunningham, defending, said that the scaffolder had been out on the night in question and an argument had developed into a stand-up fight.
Sheriff McDonald fined him £100 and said: “You should have walked away. This is your first conviction at the Sheriff Court.” A DALRY man has been fined after he admitted fighting as well as swearing at police officers.
