A STEVENSTON supermarket is giving back this year - with a donation of toys for a local charity.
Morrisons are taking part in a national initiative in which they hope will see customers band together to donate what they can to give to Barnardo’s in Kilwinning.
A donation box is located next to the customer service desk in the shop and locals can buy something in the shop to donate or can drop of new toys too.
Launched at the start of the month, the campaign will run until December 23.
Yvonne Black, Community Champion at the store, told the Herald: “It is such a worthwhile cause. It would be great if people could give something to the appeal. There’s a donation box at the customer service desk, you can buy something in store or just drop it off.”
