MANOEUVRING a motorbike in tight spaces requires a great deal of skill and concentration.
And to help riders improve their technique, the Council’s Road Safety team have again teamed up with Police Scotland and the Royal Society Prevention of Accidents to host another SLOMO (slow manoeuvre) event.
Participants will take part in a series of exercises which are designed to improve control and accuracy.
Held in an off-road controlled area it allows the riders to practise safely which will build their confidence when carrying out tricky manoeuvres.
The latest event takes place on August 27 at the car park in the Greenwood Conference Centre.
