EARLIER this month, Stanley Primary in Ardrossan held their annual Scottish Verse Speaking Competitions.
And the cream of the crop were crowned as each class picked a winner to be their best.
From P1, the winners were Ayla Kahriman from P1P, Gabrielle Long from P1C and Kaitlyn Murdoch from P1L.
Primary 2’s winners were Chloe Morton (P2C), Olivia Fisher (P2M) and Tyler Orderley (P2R). P3’s top performers were Sam Ferguson (P3E), Laiton Copeland (P3F) and Eilidh Dunbar (P3G).
The best of P4 was Carla Tudhope (P4R), Eryn Topliss (P4W) and Millie Stevely (P4/5H).
The senior schools winners were P5R Zac Edmond, P5H/W Kaya Tatar, P6B Kenzie Mulgrew, Sophie Robertson P6P, P7C Skye Cairnie and P7G Aimee Gibson.
Kenzie Mulgrew of P6B picked up the trophy for the Overall Winner.
