NORTH Ayrshire Council and North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership have vowed advice services in the area will continue to be available following the closure of North Ayrshire Citizens’ Advice Bureau.
In a statement released by the council, they said: “We are committed to ensuring the people of North Ayrshire will continue to benefit from high quality, sustainable advice services and have quickly put plans in place to provide this.
“We would encourage any resident of North Ayrshire who is looking for advice on issues such as debt, benefits or energy bills/supply to call Better Off North Ayrshire on 01294 475629.
“You will be offered an appointment in one of our local hubs in Ardrossan, Irvine, Stevenston, Kilwinning or Kilbirnie.
If the Better Off service is not appropriate, we will ensure you are linked to the most appropriate service.
“In addition, advice on benefits and money advice is available online at https://northayrshire. betteroff.org.uk/
