A Three Towns support organisation for people affected by fibromyalgia recently celebrated its first anniversary.
FFU Scotland CIC is a registered non-profit social enterprise that provides education, support and advocacy services for fibromyalgia sufferers across Scotland.
Fibromyalgia is a debilitating central nervous system syndrome that affects sufferers socially, physically, cognitively.
The group is currently based in the APL Centre in Stevenston, however, there are plans for expansion to a full delivery service premises in the near future.
The birthday celebration at Ardeer Neighbourhood Centre Stevenston was for members of the public, fibromyalgia sufferers, care support and professionals interested in fibromyalgia.
Visitors could find out information about the syndrome and the support of FFU Scotland over a coffee and light buffet.
