AN art exhibition in support of Parkinson’s disease research is taking place in West Kilbride.
The exhibit at Uphala Yoga Studio will display work from West Kilbride-based artist Irene McCulloch.
Irene’s work is based on the landscape surrounding the local area – especially the rocks and stones of the old Neolithic fort on the Crosbie Hills.
The studio is owned by Angela McHardy who has Parkinson’s disease.
And proceeds from the event will go towards supporting research into the condition.
The exhibition runs between December 6 and 10 and is open from 1pm till 5pm.
It will also be open till late as part of this year’s West Kilbride Yuletide celebrations which take place on December 7.
