A Kilwinning man was reported by police for selling ‘apparent controlled drugs’ from a commercial premises.
Police Scotland say they detected the business allegedly stocking the items for sale in the premises on January 3.
Sgt Ben Brizell said: “Pro-active work by Kilwinning Locality Policing Team uncovered apparent controlled drugs being sold from a commercial premises. One male is being reported to the Procurator Fiscal.”
Police told Kilwinning Community Council they detected one alleged offence of possession with intent to supply in Lauchlan Way, one report of an individual being allegedly concerned in the supply in Kilwinning’s Main Street while two individuals were allegedly found in possession in Almswall Road and Daljarrock since the last meeting.
