VICS in the Community are delighted to continue their partnership with Ayrshire Housing who have been magnificent supporters of their community programmes in North Ayr since the summer of 2018.

Since the summer, rhey have been operating new youth teams and expanded our community sessions and the company’s support has provided strips for the new 2008 team

They have also helped with training equipment for all teams and also supported our Amateur team’s home strips.

Vics in the Community volunteer Community Development Manager Tony Bryson is delighted to be teaming up with the sponsor.

He said: “Our work in the community is expanding all the time

“And we are so grateful to Ayrshire Housing for their continued support, it’s a great partnership we hope will continue for many years”

“The Vics community programme is providing teams at 2008 and 2010 ages along with the recent introduction of 2013 age group and more to follow.

This sees 35 children per week taking part in organised training sessions and have recently started participating in matches at weekends.

“Our Amateur team have had a great season so far and are sitting in a strong position, second top of the Budget Blinds 2B Division.”

Ayrshire Housing are delighted to be throwing their full backing behind the club, whose junior team play their home games at Dam Park Stadium.

Having attended a recent training session, it’s great to see the children out enjoying their football and having fun.

Meanwhile the junior team have had a good season, assuring survival comfortably in the Championship

They are set to be next in action away to Girvan a week on Saturday.
