Cafe at the Station in Saltcoats and the taxi drivers are helping to provide free holiday meals.
Kind-hearted café staff and Saltcoats taxi drivers are helping to provide free breakfasts for children during the Easter holidays.
Café @ The Station on Vernon Street, with support from the local taxi drivers, will be offering the healthy breakfasts for local kids.
Owner Susan Barbour said: “I spoke to some of the taxi drivers about it. They come in for their tea and coffee every morning so instead of that we’re leaving a kettle out and they help themselves and kindly put in a donation.
“We’re doing it for the Easter holidays and during the long weekend after on the Friday and Monday between 8.30am and 9.30am. All children welcome.”
