A free ‘meditation in nature’ course organised by Beith Trust starts next week.

The sessions are on Tuesdays from 6.30pm at Geilsland Hall, starting May 21.

A spokesperson for Beith Trust said: “A time to relax, unwind and let go of all your worries. Join us over four evenings, together we will experience meditation, mindful walks and back for some tea and coffee.”
