A variety of professionals visited Dalry Primary as part of World of Work Week recently.
Representatives from a number of firms, as well as parents working in various professions, spoke to the children about the work they do and what skills are required within their roles.
P7 teacher, Rebecca Pollock, said: “Overall the week was a huge success. It really gave children the chance to see how the skills they learn in school can be used in the work place and made them more excited about some of the options they have for the future.
“The guests and parents were fantastic, and the children had a great time.”
