A MAN who dodged jail over indecent images of children will have to pay a £100 fine after failing to provide police with details of a bank card.
Michael Hamilton, 52, pled guilty to failing to notify the police of a Halifax bank card held in his name within the three-day period allowed between December 4, 2017 and January 31, 2018 while a person subject to the notification requirement.
In February, Hamilton admitted possessing a sickening stash of indecent images of children on his mobile phone whilst at his work place in Irvine’s Amer Sports between February 3 and February 9, 2014.
Hamilton also admitted possessing the sick psuedo-images between March 15, 2013 and March 14, 2014 at his home address in McDowall Place, Ardrossan.
Between his phone and laptop, a total of 50 indecent images and five moving images were recovered.
Hamilton dodged a prison sentence in February, receiving three years supervision, 200 hours of unpaid work and placed on the Sex Offender’s Register for the period of his supervision.
