Free film screening in Vineburgh for refugee week
AYRSHIRE CND have organised a free film screening at the Vineburgh Community Centre to mark Refugee Week.
The film, Human Flow, will be shown on Thursday, June 20, with doors opening at 6.30pm and the screening starting at 7pm.
This film, by acclaimed Chinese documentary maker Al Weiwei, tells of the massive flow of refugees across the world in recent years to causes such as conflict and climate change.
A voluntary collection on behalf of the United Nations Refugee Agency will be taken at the screening.
