Talented pupils at Auchinleck Academy put on a sensational production of Grease last week.
The show, which ran for three nights, was packed out at every performance.
Lyndsay Cook, the school's music teacher, told the Chronicle: “It was amazing. Everybody’s tired and getting back to reality.
“We had a full make-up team, a full team for stage crew, the art department painted all the set, the technical department made a car, we had a props team, a full costume team – the whole school, pupils and teachers, got involved.
“We’ve had some great reviews. Some people were saying they thought it was the best show we’d done so far. It was full every night.”
Chronicle photographer Charlie Gilmour was at the dress rehearsal to capture the cast in costume.
