St Winning’s Over 60s club enjoyed their twice-yearly lunch at the Lauriston this month.
The Kilwinning club’s members met at the Ardrossan hotel for a spot of lunch before their Summer break.
Member Ruby Allan said: “St Winning’s Over 60s club started back in March 1993, this is our 26 year.
“We have 60 members and eight people who come weekly as visitors who will through time become members when a vacancy occurs.
“The club have two members who are founder members Ruth Scoular and Roseanne Jamieson, both still attend weekly and one of them Ruth is on the committee.
“We come to the Lauriston twice yearly in June and December for our closing lunches. The food is excellent, staff very friendly and very good service.
“We meet Thursday afternoons weekly apart from Summer and Christmas break.”
