FIVE hardy souls from a Saltcoats fitness studios raised over £1,000 for charity by taking part in a 23-mile kiltwalk.
Lynne Scott, who runs Mick-A-Fit with partner Mick, along with Doreen Littledeer, Chloe Scott, Pauline Scott and Carolyn Steer, took part in the kiltwalk at the end of April to raise money in aid of Dementia research, which is close to the hearts of all five women.
They handed over £1,060 to the Harbour Centre in Ardrossan's Parkhouse Road.
Well done!
