PLANS: How the houses will look if the green light is given.
PLANS have been lodged for five houses next to the vacant Corran Inn in Saltcoats.
The plans for the erection of four two storey semi-detached houses and one, one and a half storey detached house, including the formation of associated driveways, garden ground and boundary treatment, were presented to North Ayrshire Council for consideration and if approved will be built on the current waste ground next to the former restaurant and bar.
Neighbours have been notified of the plans and a decision will be taken by council planners in the near future.
The total area for the site is 3,000 square metres and the drawings show how the houses would look.
