Counsellors at the Childline service will help school pupils who are worried about the exam grades they received after SQA results were published yesterday – Tuesday, August 6.
The charity is encouraging any students worried about what the future may hold after their results to get in touch for confidential support and advice.
Childline has the following advice for young people: Don’t panic if you don’t get the results you were hoping for, you may have to make some tough decisions but remember you always have options and can get help, everyone is different so try not to compare your results to your friends or classmates and if you’re disappointed with your results it can help to talk to a teacher or someone you trust.
Call Childline’s free confidential helpline on 0800 11 11.
