A PORN actor has been banned from contacting an Ayrshire former co-star - after sending intimate images of her to her boyfriend and friend and threatening to expose her secret past.

Graham Dunn hounded his former colleague, who can’t be named for legal reasons, inundating her with abusive calls and vile text messages.

The 39-year-old, of Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, threatened he would expose her secret past profession.

And he made good on his threat – as he sent the X-rated snaps to her partner and someone she works with in the job she now has outwith the adult industry.

Last Friday, Dunn was banned from approaching or contacting her in anyway for the next five years as part of a Non-Harassment Order (NHO) – a strict Court Order imposed to protect her from further abuse.

And he could be caged if he breaches the NHO, which was imposed alongside a Community Payback Order (CPO).

The CPO will see him supervised by social workers for 18 months, and he was also ordered to complete 190 hours’ unpaid work, in the next six months.

When he admitted his guilt last month, Dunn was told he faced jail, with the judge who presided over his case telling him a prison sentence was “looming large.”

He had earlier pleaded guilty to breaching revenge porn laws during a hearing at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court.

Sheriff Alistair Watson was told Dunn and his victim, of Ayrshire, met around 15 years ago, when they both appeared in adult movies and she also worked as an escort.

Prosecutor Vicky McMillan said: “The voicemails he left were abusive and referred to her as a ‘whore’ and a ‘slag’.

“He wrote, ‘Everyone will know what you’re all about.’

“She took that to mean he was going to alert people to her previous work in the sex industry.”

The woman ordered Dunn to stop contacting her but he set out to shatter her life when he found out she had a boyfriend.

Miss McMillan, prosecuting, explained: “He often called her up to six times a day. He contacted her partner by Facebook Messenger and directed him to a porn website where the woman’s pictures were still online.

“She blocked him completely but he continued to leave her vicious voicemails.”

A few weeks later, in December last year, Dunn texted the woman’s workmate and directed her to the porn site - and an escort profile she had uploaded.

The next day the victim received another threatening voicemail from Dunn and, on January 5 this year, the friend received more texts with links to the escort site and explicit images.

Dunn continued to contact the woman until she contacted the police and he was arrested and charged, leading to the prosecution against him.

At a court hearing last month he pleaded guilty to causing his victim fear and alarm, and the case was adjourned for background reports to be prepared ahead of sentencing, with Sheriff Watson warning: “A custodial sentence is looming large in my mind.”

But, when Dunn returned to the dock on Friday, he was allowed to leave the building as a free man.
