Cumnock Highland Games takes place this weekend, on Sunday, August 25.
The fun starts at 12pm with participants meeting at Visions Leisure Centre for the Road Run.
The pipe bands leave Cumnock Town Square at 12.30pm and proceed to Woodroad Park, where Chieftain Stewart Birrell will officially open the Highland Games at 1pm.
There will be the usual competitive events throughout the day, including the heavies and Highland dancing.
There will also be a host of entertainments for all the family, such as children’s competitions, music, stalls, funfair and more.
