KIDS at Gateside Primary in Beith are pictured living it up with wild hair for Roald Dahl Day last Friday.
Pupils arrived at school with a little more hairspray than usual, sporting crazy hair do’s much like that of the classic characters in Roald Dahl books, to help raise money for charity.
The youngsters all over Ayrshire were celebrating the worlds, characters, and stories of the no.1 storyteller, Roald Dahl.
The extra hairspray will be worth it as the pupils are helping raise money for Unicef and local charity St Vincent’s Hospice, which helps provide care for those living with life limiting illness.
