GIFTED teen karate ace Aria Pascual is celebrating triple medal success.
The successes come as the 18-year-old from Saltcoats gears up for one of her biggest years im the martial arts world.
She won gold at the recent Scottish Karate Grand Prix won silver and bronze at the BKF Open International Championships.
Both events were held in Ravenscraig Arena, Motherwell.
Aria is delighted to be having a successful 2019 as every competition is preparation for the WKF World Championships in Chile in October where Aria is competing as part of the Scottish National Karate Team.
There she will hope to help the team challenge for medals and will be aiming to produce one of her best ever displays.
In August, she represented Scotland Under-21 females in the JKS World Championships in Dublin and was crowned JKS World Champion, Under 21 Female Kata and won Bronze for Under-21 Female Kumite.
With less than four weeks until the WKF World Championships, Aria is continuing to train hard whilst returning to Stirling University for her second year, where she is undertaking a Sports Science Honours Degree.
