Community payback order for woman who assaulted nine-year-old boy at Saltcoats house
A WOMAN has been slapped with a community payback order for assaulting a nine-year-old boy.
Emma Louise Graham, admitted pushing him out of a house in Saltcoats, locking him outside, refusing him entry, seizing him, pull him in to the house, strike him on the head, push him to the floor, repeatedly strike him on the head all to his injury.
The 31-year-old of Mildown Place in Irvine, was given a CPO with nine months supervision at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.
