Rail services between Ayrshire and Glasgow are currently disrupted due to a broken-down train.
Services between Ardrossan Harbour and Glasgow Central are expected to be disrupted until at least 5.45pm today (Friday, October 4), according to Scotrail.
Lines were closed after a train broke down between Glasgow Central and Cardonald today. Although all lines have now reopened, Scotrail is expecting disruption to last until at least another two hours.
Scotrail announced: “The broken-down train is now back in the depot and services are returning to normal, however there will be some alterations, cancellations and delays because of crews and units out of place.”
