Local ladies took part in a four-hour aqua aerobics session to raise money for dementia support in the Garnock Valley.
A total of 19 ladies from Beith, Dalry and Kilbirnie took on the challenge at Garnock Community Campus Swimming Pool.
The event was organised by aqua aerobics instructors, Amanda Duffield and Vickie Hood, and raised funds for Anam Cara and Gowanlea Day Service, both in Kilbirnie.
Amanda and Vicki wished to thank the ladies who took part, WVB Scotland and Ramage’s Bar.
See next week’s Herald to find out the total amount that was raised.
