Auchenharvie Academy’s uniform station received a welcome boost last week when Graham and Sibbald Property Consultants donated £250.
The school’s Parents in Partnership (PiP) team accepted a cheque from a representative of the firm last week.
Auchenharvie’s uniform station, NA Plus, stocks a range of new and pre-loved school uniforms.
A spokesperson for Auchenharvie Academy said: “Thank you to Claire from Graham Sibbald for presenting our PiP group with a cheque for £250 to help fund NA Plus – our new uniform store. It is greatly appreciated.”
Stations have been adopted by a number of North Ayrshire schools.
Items can be swapped, bought for a reduced price or obtained for free.
Most schools will accept donations of the following items which are in decent condition: dresses, sports kit, trainers, shoes, jumpers, skirts, shirts, blazers, coats, polo shirts and trousers.
Visit your school’s website or give them a call to find out more.
