Ardeer Primary School welcomed “Get Cycling CIC”, a company specialising in cycling and suitable transport, on Wednesday, October 30.
There were a variety of different bicycles that children of Ardeer had a great time trying out.
The aim of this travel awareness event was to encourage children and to stimulate an interest for active and suitable transport.
Thanks to funding and support from Smarter Choices Smarter Places, the children all had the opportunity to try out a range of conventional and less conventional bikes and learn about the benefits that active travel has on their health and the environment.
