A BEITH supermarket handed over a bumper cheque to three worthy charities this week.
The Co-op in Medine Avenue handed over thousands of pounds to local good causes, Beith Primary’s Parent Council and Garnock Valley Men’s Shed and Garnock Valley Allotment Association.
The Co-op raised money from donaitons from generous customers and in the end a whopping £19,187.06 was split between the three groups.
The Herald went along to take a picture of representatives receiving their cash.
Well done to all involved.
