A MAN will stand trial charged with attempted murder by pushing a woman out a second floor window.
John McEnhill, 44, is accused of assaulting Michelle Auld at a flat in Ayr, in January this year.
Prosecutors claim McEnhill refused to let Miss Auld leave a flat, seize her by the body, push and pull her and repeatedly slap her on the head.
He is then alleged to have pushed Miss Auld out the window to her severe injury, permanent impairment and danger of life.
McEnhill’s final charge is conducting himself in a disorderly manner, shout and commit breach of the peace in November last year.
A four day trial in June next year was set by judge Lady Scott.
McEnhill, of Ayr, pled not guilty and was bailed meantime
