YOUNGSTERS enjoyed celebrating National Bard last week as they hosted their annual Burns Supper.
Pupils at Doonfoot Primary toasted Rabbie with an evening of traditional food, music and poems.
The schools brass band played for their classmates, joined by a talented piper who addressed the haggis, as the children got into the spirit to remember Burns.
Some wore kilts whilst other rugby fans wore Scotland tops to dress up for the occasion.
The event was a great success, photographer Alister Firth was there to capture the action.
