LOCAL officers from Ayrshire Police Division will attend an event aimed at farmers and countryside residents about security and more.
Cops will be present at Ayrshire Partnership Against Rural Crime’s Practical Rural Security event today.
Running from 10am-2.15pm, this provides an opportunity for farms and rural residents to speak with members of the partnership who will be on hand to answer questions in relation to rural crime and property security.
It is being held at Hill Farm in Cumnock.
Police Scotland officers will carry out a ‘walk and talk’ to those who attend, as well as workshops on fly-tipping and livestock worrying.
