Police called to man causing disturbance in Ayr town centre
POLICE have been called to a man causing a disturbance on Ayr High Street.
Officers responded after it was reported a male under the influence of alcohol was spotted shouting at passers-by and behaving in aggressive manner.
The man was also kicked out of a coffee shop by distressed staff.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland told the Advertiser: “A man has been arrested in connection with a disturbance on High Street. The incident happened around 4pm on Wednesday, March 4.”
