A NEW dog day care centre outside West Kilbride has been approved.
A planning application to change the use of the existing building at 14 Thirdpart Holdings, West Kilbride to form a dog day care facility was received last month.
And the application, submitted by Jennifer McGookin was approved by North Ayrshire’s planning department last week [Wednesday, March 18] subject to two conditions.
The maximum number of dogs on site at any one time shall be 12 to minimise noise and in recognition to constraints on the site in the interests of amenity of the area.
The dog dare care centre will also operates between 7.30am-7pm Monday to Friday only with no overnight boardings, to reflect the request of the applicant and to minimise disturbance.
