Ayr town centre is normally a hive of activity whether it's the weekend or any other day during the week.
People are often attracted to the outdoor shopping centre and the small cafe's that are open for a coffee break.
But as coronavirus takes hold of the country and lockdown measures in place, the town has become vacant.
Ayr Central shopping Centre was photographed with not a soul in sight, as most of the stores have closed their doors.
Ayr beach was seen a lot quieter than usual as locals are avoiding public places, however some people are still enjoying a walk along the prom.
The town centre was photographed looking deserted.
Ayr Pavillion also closed their doors due to coronavirus fears and to protect the saftey of their staff and the public.
