A FATHER of four from Dalry has found a cure for excruciating pain in his knee – an injury that almost meant he had to give up his job.

Garry Frields, 50, has been a site foreman on the Forth Bridge for five years but in 2018 he damaged a ligament in his knee.

He thought he would have to grin and bear the injury until his friend recommended DR CBD Rx, a CBD cloud spray.

Garry said: “I went onto the website to have a look what it was all about. I was quite taken aback by how professional it looked and the fact that it had actually been formulated by a pharmacist gave it real credibility.

“My pain had got to a point now where I was willing to try just about anything.

“I ordered the cheapest one and it arrived about two days later.

“I had read on the website that I should take one to two sprays and see how I got on, so I did just that and then went off to work.

“It wasn’t until about five hours into my shift that I clocked that it was already taking effect. I still had pain, but I was so much more agile. I could move my knee without wincing.”

He now wants to spread the word amongst others who are experiencing life-limiting injury so they too can experience a pain free existence.

Garry said: “I’d recommend it to anyone.

“It has honestly given me a new lease of life and allowed me to keep working and keep a roof over my family’s head.

“I’m sleeping better than ever and feel much less stressed. I’m like a new man.”

CBD comes from cannabis plants and produces a relaxing effect, without the high associated with the drug. It is legal in the UK.

Dr Tom Chapman, pharmacist and creator of the CBD spray, said: “Where individuals like Garry have exhausted all the traditional routes to pain management, CBD oil can have a life-changing effect.

“It’s extremely effective at blocking pain signals and has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce joint and muscle problems that cause pain.”
