A man has been arrested and charged with a list of road traffic offences in North Ayrshire.
North Ayrshire cops confirmed that the 21-year-old from Kilbirnie was taken into custody and charged for alleged dangerous driving, disqualified driving, having no car insurance and failing to stop whilst on patrol.
Road Policing Scotland made the arrest on Largs Road in Kilbirnie on Wednesday, May 20.
A North Ayrshire Police spokesperson said: “Yesterday officers from Road Policing Scotland arrested and charged a 21-year-old Kilbirnie man for alleged dangerous driving, disqualified driving, no insurance and failing to stop whilst on patrol on Largs Road, Kilbirnie.
“He is in custody for court.”
