A woman has been arrested for alleged drink driving after a crash in Ardrossan.
Emergency services were called out to Princes Street after a car collided with a parked vehicle just before 5pm on Tuesday [June 23].
Police said a 48-year-old was treated paramedics for minor injuries.
Police today confirmed the woman has been charged with an alleged drink driving offence, with a report sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A spokesperson said: "At 4.55pm on Tuesday, June 23, police were notified of a one car Road Traffic Collison on Princess Street, Ardrossan.
"Police and ambulance attended, the driver received medical attention and has been arrested and charged with an alleged drink-driving offence.
"A report will be submitted to the PF."
