A man in his thirties was found dead in a home in Fullarton with another man rushed to hospital.
Police confirmed that a 39-year-old died suddenly in a home in McKinlay Crescent, Irvine this week [Wednesday, July 29] with a second man having to be taken to Crosshouse Hospital for treatment.
Police Scotland told the Times they did not believe there to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police were called around 5.15pm on Wednesday, July 29, following the sudden death of a 39-year-old man at a property on McKinlay Crescent, Irvine.
“A second man, aged 35, was taken to Crosshouse Hospital for treatment.
“There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
