The Melbourne Cafe recently cooked a hearty breakfast on the house to give thanks to some of the Three Towns Support Hub Volunteers.
The hub is coordinated by a small team of North Ayrshire Council and Health and Social Care staff and they have been doing a fantastic job during the pandemic, helping and supporting many Threetowners in various ways.
The support hub has been established to help callers with their concerns about health and well-being, money and food relating to COVID-19.
Pictured are eight of the volunteers who work at the St Johns Hub in Stevenston and there are a total number of 33 volunteers.
John from the Hub said: “If things do get worse again i have no doubt that the NAC will be quick to respond and put the hub in place again.”
