Blacklands Primary School pupils took part in a fun-filled orienteering day with the Active Schools Coordinator on Friday, August 28.

Irvine Times:

The kids carried out various tasks and learned lots of new things during the day including new numeracy and digital skills.

Irvine Times:

Children from P1-7 took part in learning about orienteering. They found out what orienteering was before taking part in a photo challenge, whereby they had to collect a photo, find where in the school the picture had been taken and take a selfie. There were 35 selfies to take.

Irvine Times:

The pupils had a great time and some even got quite competitive.

Well done kids.
