Swimming pools set to open from next week in North Ayrshire
Swimming pools are set to reopen from next week across North Ayrshire.
The Portal Swimming Pool in Irvine and Auchenharvie Leisure Centre Swimming Pool will both reopen on Monday, September 14 and the Vikingar! Swimming Pool Saturday, September 19.
No date is yet set for the Garnock campus pool, with KA leisure bosses saying they are working on finalising arrangements with NAC.
A spokesperson said: "We are pleased to let you know that we have been busy preparing our swimming pools for a safe return and can now provide a schedule of re-opening dates and information on available aquatic activities.
"Please note that further information regarding swimming lessons will follow shortly."
