A teenage girl has been missing for a week from the Paisley area. 

It is thought 16-year-old Abbie MacIntosh may have travelled to Glasgow City Centre or Ayrshire. 

She was was seen around 8.55am on Monday, September 14. 

Abbie is described as 5ft 4in and of slim build, with brown eyes and long brown hair. 

When last seen she was wearing jeans, a North Face leather jacket and trainers. 

Sergeant Laura Clark, Paisley Police Office said “We are very concerned for Abbie's wellbeing and safety and we are keen to locate her as soon as possible."

Anyone who has seen Abbie or anyone who knows of her present whereabouts is asked to contact Police Scotland by calling 101 quoting incident number 3286 of September 20.
